With the epic rise of social media, everyone has a newfound – but very strong – public voice. Bonfire helps people sell apparel to their community while we do all the heavy lifting of payment processing, customer service, and fulfillment.
We’re looking for an a-player to join our Happiness Team as a representative who will help drive business and provide outstanding customer support to our Bonfire customers.
Please note that this is a part-time position.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Internally Managing & Maintaining Campaigns
- Work directly with our design team to make sure our customers are happy with their shirt design and their overall experience.
- Review campaigns for copyright, trademark, design issues and fraud.
- Assist in investigating disputes, paying customers, and detecting fraud.
- Overlook incoming returned orders and help send out design samples.
- Assist in preparing campaigns to be sent to our production partners in a timely fashion.
Customer Service for Bonfire Buyers
- Join a team that manages an inbox for customers who support campaigns on Bonfire.com by replying to customers in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Execute email support, phone support, and assisting on various projects.
- Be relentless in providing the best possible customer experience for all Bonfire users.
- Ensure appropriate customer triage to other team members when appropriate.
Happiness Team Processes
- Help improve the Knowledge Base by alerting the team when something is wrong, out of date, or simply isn’t there.
- Learn best practices from other customer facing teams, including the Seller Success and Business Development Teams.
- Add as much if not more value than you receive from your team.
